Inside the Industry

My career in HCM began at Dayforce in 2014. Over the following decade I held roles spanning product consulting, corporate marketing leadership, and enterprise sales across Canada, the United States, and Europe. I helped take Dayforce public in 2018 in what was the largest Canadian tech IPO in history.

Today, operating independently through Maggisano Advisory, I bring that insider depth to investors and organizations who need a perspective that no vendor or generalist firm can provide. I hold dual Canadian and Italian citizenship, with active enterprise experience across North American and European markets.
